Chicken salad is one of my favorite summer treats, but they all taste so different, and many do not appeal to me at all.
I found this recipe in the July issue of Southern Living magazine, and it is absolutely amazing! (I've altered it a bit to suit my taste - it's excellent!)
3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 cup green seedless grapes, quartered
1 diced red delicious apple
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup diced celery
3/4 cup mayonnaisse
1/2 cup honey mustard
salt and pepper to taste
